In the autumn of 2025, Lillåkers School opened. A new resource school focused on autism opened in newly renovated premises in Lidingö, where all students follow the national curriculum. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a teacher, you will be responsible for working as a music teacher for grades F-9, overseeing the school's music education and some traditions. The position may potentially be expanded in combination with another subject. The student base may vary between school years and the grades we have, where you will need to collaborate with colleagues to ensure that as many students as possible receive support to reach their full potential.

Your work involves proactive and operational support for students in need of adjustments and special support. You will teach and develop the education together with colleagues and establish accessible and inclusive learning environments. You will share experiences and with a formative approach support and challenge so that the teaching develops. Furthermore, you will actively participate in the school's work with student health-promoting initiatives and create good relationships with students and guardians.

QUALIFICATIONS

To work with us, you need a teaching license with qualifications for grades F-9 in music and experience in mentoring and collaborating with other educational staff. We consider it an advantage if you have experience working in a resource school or within special support. It is also beneficial if you have good knowledge of autism and other needs for special support.

You are self-sufficient, driven, responsible, and comfortable documenting support measures. You have the ability to work with various teaching methods and create inclusive learning environments. To succeed in the role, you need excellent collaboration skills as cooperation occurs with students, guardians, colleagues, and the EHT.

The position encompasses 40%, but it may potentially be expanded if you have qualifications in another subject, such as English.

The municipality applies individual salary setting. Start date by agreement.
